Mırıl — Hesap ve Veri Silme

Uygulama: Mırıl (Geliştirici: Foxel Apps & Games)

Mırıl'da hesap oluşturmak isteğe bağlıdır (Google ile giriş). Hesabını ve buluttaki yedeğini dilediğin zaman silebilirsin.

Yöntem 1 — Uygulama içinden (önerilen)

Mırıl'ı aç, Ayarlar'a gir.
Hesap ve yedek'e dokun, en alttaki Hesabımı ve bulut yedeğimi sil'e dokun.
Onay penceresinde silmeyi onayla ve güvenlik için Google hesabını bir kez daha doğrula.
Telefondaki defterini tutup tutmayacağın sorulur. İstersen defterin telefonda kalır, istersen o da silinir.

Telefondaki bütün verileri silmek istersen: Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve veriler → Tüm verilerimi sil. Giriş yaptıysan aynı ekranda "Bulut yedeğimi de sil" seçeneği vardır.

Yöntem 2 — Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan (e-posta ile talep)

hardsteelgames@gmail.com adresine, giriş yaptığın Google hesabının e-posta adresinden “Hesap silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönder. Talebini kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alırız ve sana bildiririz.

Neler silinir?

Firebase hesabın (e-posta, ad ve profil bağlantısı dahil)
Buluttaki yedeklerin: defter sayfaların, check-in'lerin, notların, sayaçların, kedin ve köşen, eşyaların ve ayarların

Neler silinmez?

Telefonundaki defter (yukarıdaki seçeneği seçmezsen). Bunu "Tüm verilerimi sil" ile ya da uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsin.
Google Play'deki satın alma kayıtların (süs paketleri, destekçi paketi). Bu kayıtlar Google hesabında Google tarafından tutulur; bizde bulunmaz.

Fotoğrafların buluta hiç yüklenmez; yalnızca telefonundadır. Silme işlemi geri alınamaz. Ayrıntılar için gizlilik politikasına bak.

Mırıl — Delete Your Account and Data

App: Mırıl (Developer: Foxel Apps & Games)

Creating an account in Mırıl is optional (Sign in with Google). You can delete your account and your cloud backup at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

Open Mırıl and go to Settings.
Tap Account and backup, then tap Delete my account and cloud backup at the bottom.
Confirm the deletion and re-confirm your Google account for security.
You will be asked whether to keep the notebook on your phone. Either keep it on the phone or delete it too.

To delete everything on your phone: Settings → Privacy and data → Delete all my data. If you are signed in, the same screen has an "Also delete my cloud backup" option.

Option 2 — If you can't access the app (request by email)

Send an email titled "Account deletion request" to hardsteelgames@gmail.com from the email address of the Google account you signed in with. After verifying your identity we will process the request within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted?

Your Firebase account (including email, name and profile link)
Your cloud backups: notebook pages, check-ins, notes, counters, your cat and corner, items and settings

What is not deleted?

The notebook on your phone (unless you choose to delete it too). You can remove it with "Delete all my data" or by uninstalling the app.
Your purchase records in Google Play (decoration packs, supporter pack). They are kept by Google on your Google account; we don't hold them.

Your photos are never uploaded to the cloud; they exist only on your phone. Deletion cannot be undone. For details see the privacy policy.
