Mırıl — Gizlilik Politikası
1. Hangi verileri işliyoruz ve neden?
a) Yalnızca telefonunda tutulanlar. Takma adın, kedinin görünümü ve adı, bırakma tarihin ve alışkanlık bilgilerin (günde içilen sigara sayısı, paket fiyatı), günlük check-in'lerin (ruh hali, içilen sigara sayısı, tetikleyiciler, notlar), "Canım çekiyor" ve ritüel kayıtların, defter sayfaların ve notların, eklediğin fotoğraflar, kazandığın hediyeler ve eşyalar, ayarların (dil, hatırlatma saati vb.). Bu bilgiler sigara bırakma yolculuğunla ilgili olduğundan sağlıkla ilgili sayılabilir; bu yüzden özenle koruruz: telefonda şifreli bir veritabanında tutulur, şifreleme anahtarı telefonun güvenli deposundadır. Giriş yapmazsan bu veriler telefonundan hiçbir yere gönderilmez; uygulamayı sildiğinde ya da uygulama içinden "Tüm verilerimi sil"i seçtiğinde silinir.
b) Fotoğraflar. Defter sayfalarına eklediğin fotoğrafları telefonunun galerisinden sen seçersin (uygulama kamerana ya da tüm fotoğraflarına erişmez, yalnızca seçtiğini alır). Fotoğraflar uygulamanın kendi özel klasöründe durur ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez; bulut yedeğine dahil değildir.
c) Google hesabıyla giriş (isteğe bağlı). Giriş yaparsan Google, Firebase Authentication aracılığıyla hesabını doğrular. Google hesabının e-posta adresi, adı ve profil fotoğrafı bağlantısı Firebase Authentication hesap kaydında tutulabilir; biz yalnızca e-posta adresini (kısmen gizleyerek) Hesap ve yedek ekranında göstermek için kullanırız. Giriş yapmadan da uygulamanın tüm özellikleri çalışır.
d) Bulut yedeği (yalnızca giriş yaparsan). Defterin (sayfaların, check-in'lerin, notların, sayaçların, kedin ve köşen, eşyaların ve ayarların) sıkıştırılmış bir kopyası, hesabına bağlı olarak Google Firestore'a (Google Cloud, Avrupa çoklu bölgesi) yedeklenir. Amaç, telefonunu değiştirdiğinde ya da uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunda defterini geri getirebilmektir. Yedek, ek bir şifrelemeyle saklanmaz: Google'ın aktarım ve depolama şifrelemesi ve yalnızca senin hesabının erişebildiği güvenlik kuralları korur; uygulamanın diğer kullanıcıları göremez. Hizmeti işleten taraf (geliştirici) teknik olarak Firebase konsoluna erişebilir; yedek içeriğine bakmayız. En yeni iki yedek tutulur. Yedeklemeyi sen açarsın (giriş yapmak) ve Hesap ve yedek ekranından "kendiliğinden yedekle"yi kapatabilir, yedeğini silebilirsin.
e) Reklamlar (Google AdMob). Uygulamada rastgele ya da zorla reklam gösterilmez. Ödüllü reklam yalnızca sen "Reklam izle"ye dokunduğunda gösterilir; "Canım çekiyor", ritüeller, check-in, bildirimler ve widget'ta reklam yoktur. Reklam yalnızca kişiselleştirilmemiş olarak istenir; uygulama reklam kimliği iznini istemez. Reklamı sağlamak için Google AdMob IP adresini, cihaz ve uygulama bilgilerini ve reklamla etkileşimini işleyebilir. Reklam isteği, onayını verdikten sonra, reklam düğmesinin göründüğü ekran açıldığında önceden de yapılabilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de Google'ın onay (UMP) penceresiyle izin isteriz ve onayını istediğin zaman geri çekebilirsin. Defter verilerin reklam şirketine verilmez.
f) Satın alma (Google Play Faturalandırma). Süs dükkânındaki ürünleri ve destekçi paketini Google Play üzerinden satın alırsın. Ödeme bilgilerini biz görmeyiz ve saklamayız. Uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunda satın alımların aynı Google hesabıyla Google Play'den geri yüklenir.
g) Hatırlatmalar ve widget (isteğe bağlı). Açarsan bildirim izni isteriz; hatırlatmalar telefonunda yerel olarak zamanlanır, sunucudan bildirim gönderilmez. Ana ekran widget'ı yalnızca telefonundaki bilgilerden (örneğin sigarasız gün sayın) beslenir.
h) Dışa aktarma ve paylaşım. Defterini ya da bir sayfayı dışa aktarmak veya paylaşmak tamamen senin kararındır; telefonun paylaşım menüsünü sen açarsın ve kime göndereceğini sen seçersin.
i) Yardım hatları. Destek sayfasındaki numaralara dokunursan telefonunun arama ekranı açılır; aramayı sen başlatırsın. Hangi hattın gösterileceği telefonunun bölge ayarına göre belirlenir; konum bilgisi kullanılmaz.
2. İstediğimiz izinler
- İnternet: Google ile giriş, bulut yedeği, satın alma ve (sen istersen) reklam için. Uygulama internet olmadan da tam çalışır.
- Bildirimler (isteğe bağlı): günlük hatırlatma için; izin vermezsen hatırlatma çalışmaz, uygulama etkilenmez.
- Cihaz açılışı: hatırlatma açıksa telefon yeniden başlayınca hatırlatmayı yeniden kurmak için.
- Titreşim ve uyanık tut: bildirimlerin titreşimi ve ritüeller sırasında ekranın kararmaması için.
- Faturalandırma: Google Play üzerinden satın alma için.
Konum, kişi listesi, kamera, mikrofon, telefon durumu ya da dosyalarına geniş erişim istemeyiz.
3. Verileri kimlerle paylaşıyoruz?
Kişisel verilerini satmayız ve pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflara aktarmayız. Hizmeti sağlamak için şu hizmet sağlayıcılar kullanılır: Google Firebase (giriş ve bulut yedeği), Google AdMob (reklam) ve Google Play (dağıtım ve satın alma). Bu sağlayıcıların kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir:
4. Saklama süresi ve silme
- Telefondaki veriler: uygulamayı sildiğinde silinir. Uygulama içinden de silebilirsin: Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve veriler → Tüm verilerimi sil.
- Bulut yedeği ve hesabın: sen silene kadar saklanır. Uygulama içinden silmek için: Ayarlar → Hesap ve yedek → Hesabımı ve bulut yedeğimi sil. Bu işlem bulut yedeğini ve Firebase hesabını kalıcı olarak siler. Sonra telefondaki defterini tutup tutmayacağını sorarız.

5. Haklarınız
6698 sayılı KVKK ve (AB/UK'deyseniz) GDPR kapsamında; verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, erişim, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsin. Başvuru için hardsteelgames@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsin; makul bir sürede ve en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.
6. Çocuklar
Mırıl 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaştaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. 13–17 yaş arasındaysan uygulamayı hesap açmadan kullanabilirsin; Google ile giriş yapıp yedekleme açmadan önce bir ebeveynine ya da yasal vasine danışmanı öneririz. Bir çocuğun veri paylaştığını fark edersen bize yaz, ilgili verileri sileriz.
7. Tıbbi uyarı
Mırıl bir tıbbi cihaz ya da tedavi değildir; sigarayı bırakma yolculuğunda eşlik eden destekleyici bir uygulamadır. Sağlığınla ilgili sorularında bir sağlık uzmanına başvur. Uygulamadaki Türkiye yardım hatları (ör. ALO 171) bilgi amaçlıdır.
8. Güvenlik
Telefondaki veritabanı şifreli tutulur; bulutla iletişim şifrelidir (HTTPS) ve her kullanıcının yedeğine yalnızca kendi hesabıyla erişilebilir. Hiçbir yöntem %100 güvenli değildir; ancak makul teknik önlemler uygularız.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncellersek bu sayfadaki "Son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde de duyururuz.

Mırıl — Privacy Policy
1. What data we process and why
a) Stored only on your phone. Your nickname, your cat's look and name, your quit date and habit details (cigarettes per day, pack price), your daily check-ins (mood, cigarettes smoked, triggers, notes), your "I'm craving" and ritual records, your notebook pages and notes, photos you add, gifts and items you earn, and your settings (language, reminder time, etc.). Because this relates to your quitting journey it can be considered health-related, so we protect it carefully: it lives in an encrypted database on your phone and the encryption key is kept in the phone's secure storage. If you don't sign in, none of this leaves your phone; it is deleted when you uninstall the app or choose "Delete all my data" in the app.
b) Photos. You choose the photos you add to notebook pages from your phone's gallery (the app does not access your camera or all your photos, only what you pick). Photos stay in the app's private folder and are never sent anywhere; they are not included in the cloud backup.
c) Sign-in with Google (optional). If you sign in, Google verifies your account through Firebase Authentication. Your Google account's email address, name and profile-photo link may be kept in the Firebase Authentication account record; we only use the email address (partly masked) to show it on the Account and backup screen. Every feature of the app works without signing in.
d) Cloud backup (only if you sign in). A compressed copy of your notebook (pages, check-ins, notes, counters, your cat and corner, items and settings) is backed up, linked to your account, to Google Firestore (Google Cloud, European multi-region) so you can restore it after changing phones or reinstalling. The backup has no extra encryption of our own: it is protected by Google's encryption in transit and at rest and by security rules that only let your own account access it; other users of the app cannot see it. The developer can technically access the Firebase console; we do not look at backup contents. The two most recent backups are kept. You turn backup on by signing in, and on the Account and backup screen you can turn off automatic backup and delete your backup.
e) Ads (Google AdMob). The app never shows random or forced ads. A rewarded ad is shown only when you tap "Watch an ad"; there are no ads in "I'm craving", rituals, check-in, notifications or the widget. Ads are requested as non-personalized only, and the app does not request the advertising-ID permission. To serve an ad, Google AdMob may process your IP address, device and app information, and your interaction with the ad. After you have accepted the explanation, an ad request may also be made in advance when the screen showing the ad button opens. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland we ask for consent through Google's consent (UMP) form, and you can withdraw it at any time. Your notebook data is never given to the ad company.
f) Purchases (Google Play Billing). You buy items in the decoration shop and the supporter pack through Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. If you reinstall, your purchases are restored with the same Google account from Google Play.
g) Reminders and widget (optional). If you turn reminders on, we ask for notification permission; reminders are scheduled locally on your phone and no notifications are sent from a server. The home-screen widget uses only information already on your phone (for example your smoke-free day count).
h) Export and sharing. Exporting or sharing your notebook or a page is entirely your decision; you open your phone's share menu and choose who receives it.
i) Support lines. If you tap a number on the support page, your phone's dialer opens and you start the call yourself. Which line is shown depends on your phone's region setting; no location data is used.
2. Permissions we request
- Internet: for Google sign-in, cloud backup, purchases and (if you choose) ads. The app works fully offline.
- Notifications (optional): for the daily reminder; if you decline, the reminder doesn't work but the app is unaffected.
- Device boot: to re-schedule the reminder after a restart, if the reminder is on.
- Vibration and keep awake: for notification vibration and to keep the screen on during rituals.
- Billing: for purchases through Google Play.
We don't ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, phone state or broad file access.
3. Who we share data with
We don't sell your personal data or pass it to third parties for marketing. To provide the service we use these providers: Google Firebase (sign-in and cloud backup), Google AdMob (ads) and Google Play (distribution and purchases). Their own privacy policies apply:
4. Retention and deletion
- Data on your phone: deleted when you uninstall the app. You can also delete it in the app: Settings → Privacy and data → Delete all my data.
- Cloud backup and your account: kept until you delete them. To delete in the app: Settings → Account and backup → Delete my account and cloud backup. This permanently deletes the cloud backup and the Firebase account. We then ask whether to keep the notebook on your phone.

5. Your rights
Under Turkish data-protection law (KVKK) and, if you are in the EU/UK, the GDPR, you have the right to know whether your data is processed, and to access, correct, delete and object to processing. Write to hardsteelgames@gmail.com; we reply within a reasonable time and at most 30 days.
6. Children
Mırıl is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you are between 13 and 17, you can use the app without an account; before signing in with Google and turning on backup, we recommend talking to a parent or legal guardian. If you notice a child has shared data, write to us and we will delete it.
7. Medical disclaimer
Mırıl is not a medical device or a treatment; it is a supportive companion for your quitting journey. For questions about your health, talk to a healthcare professional. The support lines in the app are for information only.
8. Security
The database on your phone is encrypted; communication with the cloud is encrypted (HTTPS) and each user's backup can only be accessed with their own account. No method is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable technical measures.
9. Changes
If we update this policy we will change the "Last updated" date on this page and announce important changes in the app.
