Odak Odası — Hesap ve Veri Silme
Odak Odası'nda hesap oluşturmak isteğe bağlıdır (Google ile giriş). Hesabını ve buluttaki tüm verini dilediğin zaman silebilirsin.
Yöntem 1 — Uygulama içinden (önerilen)
- Odak Odası'nı aç, ana ekrandaki Ayarlar'a gir.
- Hesap ve yedek kartında Hesabımı ve verimi sil'e dokun.
- Onay penceresinde Hesabı sil'i seç ve güvenlik için Google hesabını bir kez daha onayla.
Yöntem 2 — Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan (e-posta ile talep)
hardsteelgames@gmail.com adresine, giriş yaptığın Google hesabının e-posta adresinden “Hesap silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönder. Talebini kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alırız ve sana bildiririz.
Neler silinir?
- Firebase hesabın (e-posta, ad ve profil bağlantısı dahil)
- Buluttaki yedeğin: coin bakiyesi, envanter, oda stilleri, odalar
- Buluttaki tüm seans kayıtların
Neler silinmez?
- Telefonundaki oyun verisi. Bunu uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsin.
- Google Play'deki satın alma kaydın (reklamsız paket). Bu kayıt Google hesabında Google tarafından tutulur; bizde bulunmaz.

Focus Room (Odak Odası) — Delete Your Account and Data
Creating an account in Focus Room is optional (Sign in with Google). You can delete your account and all your cloud data at any time.
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
- Open Focus Room and go to Settings from the home screen.
- In the Account & backup card, tap Delete my account and data.
- In the confirmation dialog choose Delete account and re-confirm your Google account for security.
Option 2 — If you can't access the app (request by email)
Send an email titled "Account deletion request" to hardsteelgames@gmail.com from the email address of the Google account you signed in with. After verifying your identity we will process the request within 30 days and let you know.
What is deleted?
- Your Firebase account (including email, name and profile link)
- Your cloud backup: coin balance, inventory, room styles, rooms
- All your session records in the cloud
What is not deleted?
- The game data on your phone. You can remove it by uninstalling the app.
- Your purchase record in Google Play (the ad-free pack). It is kept by Google on your Google account; we don't hold it.
